Responsibilities

• Responsible for the growth and operation of TikTok LIVE Top Gifters across MENAT markets, including user engagement, retention, and experience improvement.
• Build a deep understanding of user needs and pain points through user interactions, user research, and offline engagements, and drive scalable solutions through product and operational improvements.
• Collaborate with PM, Campaign, and LIVE Creator Teams to improve top gifter retention, increase the number of paying top gifters, and boost the total amount of consumption.
• Drive GTM and adoption of key gifter features, monitor performance, and continuously optimize user experience and business impact.
