Role: Cleaning of all production tooling to ensure on time delivery and ensure targets are met.
Responsibilities: - Lead the tooling team in problem‑solving, identification of problems & analysis of root causes.
- Work closely with the toolroom on machining needs for tooling modification and improvement program.
- Train, guide, and counsel toolmakers.
- Any other ad hoc jobs assigned by toolroom Manager/Supervisor.
Education / Academic Qualification - NTC-2 with one year of molding and tooling experience or minimum secondary school education with 3 years molding/tooling experience.
Key Required Experience, Skills and Ability - Good knowledge in plastic tool & die making.
- Able to support night shift.
