Provide techno-functional support for Transport Management Systems (TMS), assisting country and regional teams in responding to incidents, problems, and service requests.
Manage and resolve support tickets within agreed SLAs, coordinating closely with vendors and internal stakeholders.
Support system integrations and troubleshoot issues related to transport and logistics applications.
Collaborate with regional teams to ensure smooth operations, issue resolution, and continuous system improvements.
Participate in system maintenance, enhancements, and support activities related to transport systems and connected platforms.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of IT experience , preferably within the logistics or supply chain industry .
Proficiency in SQL/Oracle databases .
