            Supervise and coordinate tile installation activities on construction sites. 
Assign daily tasks to tile setters and ensure work is completed on schedule. 
Inspect surfaces and materials before tile installation begins. 
Ensure tiles are installed according to project drawings, specifications, and quality standards. 
Monitor workmanship and conduct quality checks throughout the project. 
Train and guide tile setters on proper installation techniques and safety procedures. 
Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other trades to avoid work conflicts. 
Manage material usage, order supplies, and minimize wastage. 
Enforce workplace safety regulations and ensure compliance with site requirements. 
Prepare progress reports and resolve installation issues or customer concerns.
