  • Assist guests at the ticketing counters with enquiries
  • Sale of Singapore Flyer tickets
  • Redemption of Singapore Flyer tickets
  • Provide ticketing service to general public and tour groups;
  • Handle any related enquiries and assist Operations Team when required;
  • Reconcile Accounts Receivable at the end of the shift, the total sales and redemption with report;
  • Assist the Team Leaders in the monthly inventory of Ticketing items;
  • Cross training and deployment to other sections within the Operations Department;
  • To perform shifts work;
  • Any other duties as assigned by superiors.
