The setting is Hospital Based Outpatient Rehab Clinic
Located in St Charles Prineville.
Team of OT, PT and one half time SLP(see Pediatrics)

Position is for providing Adults with Outpatient Evaluation and Treatment for
Adults with Speech/Language and Cognitive Disorders as well as Swallowing Disorders.
Proficiency with completing and interpreting OP MBSS (Modified Barium Swallow Studies), preferred.
