THERAPY ASSISTANT - JOB DESCRIPTION (CONCISE & PRACTICAL) Assist therapists (physio/occupational/speech) in delivering treatment plans Support patients with exercises, mobility, and rehabilitation activities Prepare therapy equipment and treatment areas before and after sessions Monitor patient progress and report feedback to therapists Ensure patient safety during therapy sessions Assist in daily living activities (e.g. walking, stretching, basic care) Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of therapy equipment and environment Record basic patient data and session notes as instructed Provide emotional support and encouragement to patients Follow infection control and safety protocols at all times
