Travel Physical Therapist jobs in Sleepy Eye, MN offer a 13-week contract with 8-hour day shifts in a skilled nursing setting. You will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver skilled PT interventions focused on mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence. Responsibilities include monitoring patient progress, adjusting plans of care, documenting evaluations and treatments, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary rehab team. Recommended qualifications include graduation from an accredited PT or DPT program and an active Minnesota Physical Therapist license. All experience levels are welcome, including new graduates.
