Responsibilities

• Accountable for achieving/exceeding District Pod sales, Multi‑Channel Customer Plan execution and KPI results through customer engagement and delivery of outstanding customer value.
• Engage with customers and assigned accounts across various healthcare professionals, applying product knowledge and customizing approaches to create value, drive impact, and maximize patient reach.
• Orchestrate customer‑centric engagements with cross‑functional teams and external stakeholders within the assigned geography.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional partners within and across districts, fostering teamwork, change, and a culture of performance.
• Identify, develop, and engage external experts to build strategic partnerships; manage programs and budgets, and provide appropriate speakers for OLAs, CMEs, and conferences.
