The purpose of this post is to provide clinical and managerial support in the development, implementation and co-ordination of high quality patient care within the theatre department and associated areas.

The post holder will have responsibility for a team, and as a proactive Team Leader using effective communication skills, will be actively involved in changing care plans and goals according to evaluation and review.

Main duties of the job

• Lead a team in Theatres ensuring safe and effective care.
• Responsible for staff development and effective use of resources.
• The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
