Role Summary

As Theatre Practitioner / ODP (RGN / ODP) at Oxford Manor Hospital, you will be registered with the appropriate governing body, either the NMC or HCPC, and work on a bank basis as an ad‑hoc staff member (£29.50 per hour).

Responsibilities

• Be part of a close‑knit multidisciplinary team and work with consultants and other professionals to deliver high‑quality care.
• Perform orthopaedic, ENT or ophthalmic scrub/SFA work and support a varied department.
• Supervise, support and develop junior staff members.
• Create clinically effective, evidence‑based patient experiences and interact well with colleagues across wards and departments.
• Maintain continuity of patient care and contribute to a positive team culture.
