Role Summary:

The Testing Lead is responsible for planning, managing, and executing all testing phases (SIT, UAT, regression, performance) to ensure the quality and stability of the S/HANA solution before go-live.

Key Responsibilities:

Define the overall testing strategy, approach, and timelines for the S/HANA program.

Create test plans, scenarios, scripts, and manage test data preparation.

Coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles.

Manage defect triage, resolution tracking, and quality reporting.
