Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot test handlers and AOI (vision inspection) to ensure high uptime
• Perform setup and conversion for different device packages
• Conduct calibration and optimization to improve performance (reduce jam rate, downtime) and yield
• Provide production support and resolve equipment issues quickly
• Drive continuous improvement (reduce downtime, increase UPH)
• Manage spare parts and documentation
