Responsibilities
Assist engineers in executing all test-related tasks for both New Product Introduction (NPI) and sustaining projects, ensuring smooth project delivery and adherence to test requirements Perform product testing, diagnose test failures, and collaborate closely with process and test engineers to drive continuous yield and performance improvements. Ensure work processes comply with relevant ISO standards and actively participate in Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives. Update and maintain accurate test tracking records to support analysis and reporting. Prepare, review, and update Work Instructions to reflect the latest test processes and best practices. Ensuring knowledge pass down for Material Handlers and other relevant personnel based on updated Work Instructions.
