The Test Technician supports the Test & Development group by performing hands-on testing and quality assurance for prototype vehicles and components, with a focus on scissor lifts and similar heavy construction equipment. This role is research and development oriented rather than production, and involves validating new designs and design improvements for hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems under the direction of experienced test engineers.
Responsibilities

+ Perform hands-on testing of heavy equipment, with approximately 70% of the day focused on hydraulic and electronic systems.

+ Install and set up various types of instrumentation, including pressure ports, temperature sensors, displacement sensors, and speed sensors, as well as the Somat eDAQ data acquisition system.
