Role:Test & Repair Technician

Salary: £30,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities of the Test & Repair Technician

Develop and maintain a strong working knowledge of products and associated manufacturing processes.
Provide first-line technical support across all product ranges, triaging and repairing units to component level.
Own investigation of production test failures and repeat issues, driving root cause analysis and supporting permanent corrective actions.
Support and improve production test and assembly equipment to maximise uptime and process stability.
Maintain, calibrate and commission assembly and test equipment in line with planned maintenance schedules.
Analyse production data (e.g. test failures, rework trends, downtime) to identify improvement opportunities...
