Sustain backend manufacturing processes by monitoring daily test times, production yields, and key performance indicators.
Perform data queries, statistical analysis, and physical analysis to trace and investigate the root cause of test failures and yield excursions.
Identify equipment bottlenecks and implement process improvements (recipes, setups) to optimize the manufacturing flow.
Develop and release test process documentation, work instructions, and Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) aligned with Seagate's quality standards.
Utilize software, electronics, and mechanical skills to repair equipment issues and conduct preventative maintenance.
Requirements
Min Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic Engineering, or a related field
Min 3 years of working experience in Cleanroom Environment
