Qualifications

• Minimum 13+ years in Test Management / SDLC
• 10–12 years in Banking / Financial Services (Mandatory)
• Strong experience in Functional & Technical Testing
• Experience managing large testing teams
• Hands‑on experience in Agile & Waterfall projects
• Strong stakeholder and defect management experience

Mandatory Skills

• Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) – Mandatory
• Experience with:
  • JIRA
  • Confluence

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage testing activities and teams
• Prepare Test Strategy, Test Plan, and Reports
• Manage defect triage and escalations
• Provide status reporting and stakeholder updates
• Ensure quality, timelines, and test process adherence
