The Test Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end testing strategy, planning, execution, and governance across multiple projects or programs. This role ensures high-quality software delivery by managing QA teams, defining testing standards, and coordinating with business and technical stakeholders in Agile and/or Waterfall environments.

The Test Manager ensures that all deliverables meet defined quality benchmarks before production release and plays a key role in risk mitigation, defect management, and release readiness.
