The Test Engineering Manager is responsible for planning, directing and monitoring Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) to strategically bridge the gap between the NPD/Industrialization Team, Manufacturing Engineering and Equipment reliability. This role mainly focuses on optimizing test processes, improving yield, and maximizing production equipment uptime through predictive and autonomous maintenance initiatives.
