**Description**

The Test Engineer leads and manages enterprise IT testing activities in support of the SEC Infrastructure Support Services (ISS) contract. This role ensures infrastructure and application changes arevalidatedfor accessibility, functionality, usability, and performance before release, reducing operational risk to SEC mission services. The position owns end-to-end test lifecycle execution, including analysis, design, planning, execution, defect management, and automation, in coordination with SEC stakeholders and operational teams. The role also provides Tier 4 escalation support when requested and supports continuous service quality improvement across the ISS environment.
