• Design, build, and maintain backend, component, integration, and end‑to‑end test automation.
• Lead test strategy and governance across teams.
• Determine test coverage and define what should be automated versus left manual.
• Implement robust and fast CI/CD pipelines and quality gates.
• Ensure security, performance, and observability of applications.
• Coach and lead engineering teams.
• Support continuous improvement of test processes and tooling.
