What You Will Do
Market Development & Demand Mapping
Conduct comprehensive ophthalmic demand mapping across Malaysia, including:
Key hospitals (government & private)
Eye institutes and specialty centers
High-volume surgeons and surgical units
Analyze procedure volumes, customer segments, and product usage patterns to identify growth opportunities
Develop account penetration strategies based on hospital infrastructure, surgical trends, and unmet needs
Continuously assess market potential and adjust territory priorities accordingly
Sales & Revenue Growth
Achieve and exceed annual sales targets for the ophthalmic surgical portfolio
