            Project Administration  Maintain complete and up-to-date project files, shipment records, and client documentation. 
Create and update jobs in the F&E system and ensure milestones are accurately maintained. 
Support the project team in tracking timelines, deliverables, and key activities. 
Coordinate internal communications between Operations, Warehouse, Transport, and Finance. 
Arrange meetings, prepare minutes, and monitor follow-up actions. 
 Documentation Control  Ensure accurate creation and maintenance of job files within the F&E system. 
Prepare and verify shipping documents, permits, carnets, and customs documentation (where required). 
Ensure full compliance with company SOPs and event-specific procedures. 
Maintain proper digital and physical filing with version control. 
Track document submission deadlines for time-critical shipments.
