            Responsibilities  Supervise a team of warehouse staff. 
Ensure the Program meets expectations, including delivery timeline, inventory integrity, records and documentation retention. 
Control and manage material usage, purchases, headcount and overtime. 
Implementation of corrective actions and convey implications to the team. 
Uphold inventory integrity. 
Ensure staff compliance with all established processes and accuracy in data processing. 
Take disciplinary action on staff when required. 
Work with the Planner to align daily production order priorities, including Hotshot and Delay, during daily production meetings. 
Establish shipment planning listings for Operations to focus. 
Facilitate communication with Operations and Planner for any issues impacting shipment fulfillment. 
Ensure Transpak delivers the correct base skid ordered.
