- Mentor, guide, and develop estimators and quantity surveyors to enhance team performance.
- Conduct annual performance evaluations and support hiring decisions in coordination with senior management.
Tendering Strategy & Evaluation - Review and assess tender invitations with senior leadership and decide on participation.
