The candidate will work closely with management, operations teams, clients, and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate tender submissions.
Key Responsibilities - Prepare tender documents, quotations, and proposals
- Coordinate tender submission schedules and requirements
- Review tender specifications, compliance requirements, and supporting documents
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal departments for tender-related matters
- Maintain proper tender records and documentation
- Monitor GeBIZ and other tender portals for new opportunities
- Assist in administrative coordination and reporting duties
