Job Position: Temporary Workshop Administrator

Salary: R10 000 per month CTC commensurate with qualification and experience

Start date: Immediate – 4 month maternity leave substitute

Qualifications / Requirements

• Computer literate and attention to detail
• Must be hard working, accurate and reliable
• Pastel experience
• Own reliable vehicle to work and back

Key Performance Areas and experience

• Workshop Job cards – complete job card information and do costing calculations
• Keep record of all job cards
• All vehicle including yellow equipment service record – keep record of all vehicle kilometre’s and service intervals
• Purchase orders – capture all Purchase Order data on Pastel
• Overtime of Mechanics/workers – calculate for payroll department
• Stock replenishments
• Check tool lists for any missing items ...
