Support recruitment process such as reviewing CVs, coordinating and scheduling interview arrangements, preparing agreements/contracts, etc.
Verify and process payment for SWAT, interns and casual temp invoices from recruitment agencies.
Track, prepare and submit monthly reimbursement to WSG on Traineeship allowance.
Manage Traineeship onboarding and resignation or end of assignment (including preparing acknowledgment letter and clearance form, notifying relevant departments, follow‑up with relevant department on payment).
Support manpower and recruitment statistics reporting.
Assist in any other work/projects as assigned by the HR department during the temp assignment.
