Description: Under general supervision, delivers physical therapy (PT) services through evaluation of patient needs, goal determination and development of treatment plans in accordance with the Maryland Physical Therapy Practice Act. Assists with the overall operation of the Department.

Skills:

• Knowledge of physical therapy theories, practices and standards
• Skilled in oral and written communication and organization
• Ability to set priorities and schedule patients utilizing time efficiently
• Ability to evaluate patient function, develop treatment plans and monitor patient progress
• Ability to manage an average caseload of up to 2 patients per hour
• Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service skills
