Under the supervision of the Area Supervisor, the Area Maintenance Tech is a professional that provides skilled, planned, and corrective cross-functional maintenance and repair services during emergency situations and scheduled planned maintenance including carpentry, locksmith, HVAC, electrical, plumbing and painting for residence halls at USCA. They will be assigned work tasks that will include trouble shooting and performing advanced maintenance, ensuring efficient operations, and performing preventative/reactive maintenance activities. They will be assigned, compete, and fill out work orders, communicating any needed follow up to their supervisor.
