Liaison with agency for temp staff hiring and placement, including processing invoices for payment
Handle the new hire (perm, contract, and temp) onboarding process – preparation of new staff items, employee records creation, collection and verification of employment‑related documents, activation of staff benefits, etc.
Support preparation and issuance of employee‑related letters such as employment certification, confirmation, and appointment letters
Handle the off‑boarding process – preparation of resignation acknowledgment letters, exit clearance forms, exit surveys, and arranging exit interviews
Support other HR administrative tasks such as preparing reports, checking invoices, and submitting documentation for finance processing, and participating in HR‑related projects as assigned
