Job Scope - Perform daily checks on GPFirst referrals, handle bill adjustments and liaise with patients and GPs when necessary
- Manage ground operations in ED related to GPFirst programme (e.g. training to ED staff, handle queries related to the programme)
- Conduct audits and timely submission of reports on a monthly basis
- Collate, analyse and manage statistics for the GPFirst programme
- Ensure timely and accurate claims submission to MOH
- Review appropriateness of referrals and identify trends and opportunities for improving appropriateness of referrals and GP capabilities
- Work independently with relevant stakeholders within and across institutions to develop and expand the GPFirst programme
