Temp Call Centre Officer/ Assistant (1 year contract) #JTL Act as the first point of contact for customers.
- Supporting client calls
- Calls will be recorded and information must be input into the system
- Calls come in from our telephony - soft phone Avaya
- Understand both internal and external customers, anticipate customer needs and prioritize customer satisfaction
- Provide satisfactory explanations and take remedial action where necessary
- Alert superiors of recurring service failures to allow corrective action to avoid future problems
- Ad-hoc duties related to contact centre projects
Requirements - Minimum O level / A level / Higher NITEC / Diploma in any discipline
- Preferably with prior office administration experience
