Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls to qualify and convert digital leads into appointments or sales
- Follow up on leads from social media, ads, website inquiries, and CRM assignments
- Conduct needs analysis, present solutions, and close deals through phone-based selling
- Execute lead nurturing via call sequences, scripts, and follow-up schedules (call/SMS/email)
- Update CRM with accurate call notes, lead status, next steps, and pipeline progress
- Manage customer database records, ensuring data completeness and lead history tracking
- Coordinate with Digital Marketing & SNS teams to improve lead quality and conversion outcomes
- Track telesales KPIs (call volume, contact rate, conversion rate, show-up rate, sales, revenue)
