            Key Responsibilities  Conduct outbound calls to potential customers who have expressed interest in personal loan options. 
Provide clear explanations of company's services, including how the loan-matching process works. 
Assist customers in understanding eligibility, required documentation, and next steps in the application process. 
Verify basic customer information and gather details needed for pre-assessment. 
Follow up with warm leads to encourage application completion. 
Handle inbound queries from prospects and provide accurate, compliant information. 
Maintain detailed call logs, lead statuses, and follow-up activities in the CRM system. 
Escalate customer concerns or complex cases to internal teams when needed. 
Ensure all communications are aligned with Ministry of Law regulations and PDPA requirements. 
Achieve call targets, lead conversion goals, and service-level benchmarks.
