Become part of Valard Construction’s team as a Directional (HDD) Driller, specifically focusing on telecommunications installation in Castor, Alberta. We are searching for an experienced individual to operate heavy construction equipment while adhering to safety protocols.
In this role, you will work under the guidance of the Crew Foreman. Your responsibilities will include maintaining equipment, participating in safety meetings, and ensuring efficient setups for FTTP and utility installations throughout Alberta.
Key Responsibilities:
• Safely operate and maintain directional bore equipment
• Load and unload machinery while preventing damage
• Install fiber and copper cable, including telecom structures
• Participate in daily logbook and inspection procedures
• Support labor activities as needed within the team
