            What you’ll be doing Conduct outbound sales calls to generate new leads and convert them into sales 
Identify and understand customer needs, then recommend the most suitable products and services 
Provide excellent customer service and support to maintain strong client relationships 
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns 
Participate in team meetings and training to continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge 
Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets 
What we’re looking for Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers 
Proven track record in sales, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
