Duties will include:
•Capturing of orders received from different platforms (Email, WhatsApp, Supplier Portal)
•Calling customers for orders
•Invoicing & confirming of purchase orders daily
•Processing of loading sheets for Dispatch Manager
•Processing of a Bulk loading sheet for Pack station Manager
•Processing & emailing of credits to customers
•Checking invoices received back with a GRV/Stamp
•Filing of invoices and credits
•Completing cost per route daily
•Batch listing of invoices daily
•Report compilation on a daily, weekly and monthly basis on sales volumes, promotions & returns
•Dealing with customer complaints and directing it to the correct channel
•Interaction with sales team to resolve queries and problems
•Capturing of deals for customers on certain lines
•Compiling pricelist for customers
•Load customer route rankings and delivery days
•Ensure all promotions are loaded on supplier portals
