JOB PURPOSE The Tele-recruiter is the vital frontline voice of the National Blood Programme. You play a critical, life‑saving role in maintaining national blood stock levels by proactively reaching out to donors, booking appointments, recalling donors during critical shortages, and delivering an exceptional, informative experience to every donor you speak with.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES - Tele‑Recruitment & Enquiries: Conduct high‑volume outbound calls to recall lapsed donors and drive appointment bookings. Professionally handle inbound calls, assisting donors with eligibility criteria and general enquiries.
- Donor Recognition Support: Proactively call milestone donors regarding upcoming recognition events or merchandise. On an ad‑hoc basis, act as a frontline ambassador by conducting face‑to‑face merchandise handovers at Red Cross House.
