Job Description:
We are seeking a Telecommunications Provisioning Specialist to support provisioning calls, coordinate with internal teams, customers, and vendors, and ensure timely and accurate service delivery of telecommunications services. The role involves monitoring and troubleshooting provisioning issues, maintaining accurate records, and assisting in the development of best practices and processes. Requirement/Must Have: Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Proven experience in telecommunications provisioning or a similar role. Strong knowledge of telecommunications systems, including voice, data, and internet services.
