A leading plastic manufacturer is looking for a dynamic Technical Manager to join the team.
The incumbent will be responsible for delivering support and enhancements in the Technical Function.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Drive employee results in the facility by instilling continuous improvement and excellence in operating and usage/setting of equipment and housekeeping practices.
- Oversee that appropriate processes are utilized to ensure high productivity.
- Identify and perform preventative maintenance tasks and maintenance tasks.
- Lead the creation and implementation of technical improvements, machine optimization, and maintenance systems for the manufacturing process.
- Suggest and assist in implementing cost-saving and continual improvement ideas.
