What would be your main tasks?
Providing excellent and timely national customer support via technical consulting and assistance for customers (sales representatives, FSP, installers) involving pre-sales asistance, PV system-sizing and monitoring
Assisting with support cases via phone and / or email as well as on-site when necessary
Training customers (conducting seminars) in house or on-site
Creating technical and training material
Assisting in national Sales Exhibitions or Trade Fairs
Interface function with Technical Support International
What are we looking for?
Education, skills and knowledge
Diploma in electronics
Professional education
Training / knowledge in renewable energies would be a plus
