Your Role

Your role as a Field Service Engineer is vital in ensuring the seamless operation and reliability of our customers' equipment. You will leverage your technical expertise to deliver exceptional on-site and field services, including maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of critical systems. Reporting to the Workshop Team Leader within the Customer Center Power Technique South Europe team, you will be a key contributor to customer satisfaction and operational excellence by supporting the technology that customers rely on daily.

Your Day-to-Day

• Perform scheduled site visits to diagnose, service, and repair a broad range of industrial equipment including compressors, generators, and pumps.
• Lead equipment installations and ensure full compliance with safety standards and internal procedures.
• Serve as the primary on-site technical contact, delivering timely service solutions and expert advice tailored to customer needs. ...
