Role Purpose

The Technology Strategy Consultant acts as a strategic adviser and execution partner to the CTO, supporting CIOs across SLS to shape and deliver the technology strategy.

The role focuses on translating business ambition into clear technology direction, strategic viewpoints, and executable roadmaps, while advancing:

• Cloud transformation and platform consolidation
• Integration of acquisitions
• Transition from project to product operating model
• Cultural and ways‑of‑working evolution toward agile and modern delivery

Key Accountabilities

• Technology Strategy & Thought Leadership
• Research emerging technology trends and translate into SLS‑relevant strategic POVs
• Co‑create technology strategy, roadmaps, and executive‑ready proposals
