You will serve as a key member of AIG’s Technology Risk and Controls (TRC) team, responsible for ensuring compliance with IT regulations across APAC and driving the annual IT Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA). Your role focuses on regulatory assessment, action‑plan development, forum moderation, and issue tracking to support AIG’s global compliance strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage IT regulatory compliance: conduct regulatory assessments and gap analysis, draft action plans, secure senior‑leadership approval, monitor progress, and handle technology regulatory inquiries and cyber information requests.
• Facilitate the annual IT RCSA: partner with IT and the global TRC team to assess compliance against key controls, drive the drafting of action plans that address root causes, and monitor their implementation.
