About the Role Technology Program Lead – Workplace & Infrastructure Transformation
We are hiring a Technology Program Lead to drive a high-impact workplace transformation initiative for a strategic client.
This role will lead the end-to-end planning, deployment, and optimization of IT infrastructure and modern workplace technologies as part of a large office renovation program.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the technology roadmap aligned with business and renovation goals
Act as the primary client-facing leader, managing senior stakeholders and expectations
Drive end-to-end delivery of multiple infrastructure projects across phases
Lead coordination across IT, facilities, construction, and vendors
Manage RFPs, vendor evaluation, and contract negotiations
Plan and execute migration, cutover, and rollout strategies
Establish testing, QA, and implementation governance frameworks
