Technology Development Lead

We are searching for an experienced Technology Development Lead at our Grayston Drive Sandton facility.

Job Purpose

Responsible for the programming and development of Blu Label Groups applications and supporting software. Provides advisorysupport through refining designs, practices, tools and processes to ensurethe delivery of quality products to internal and external customers. Fully accountable for software quality andtechnical excellence. Coaching and mentoring developers, and fullyaccountable for defining and driving maturity of practices and standards.

Key Responsibilities Development Lifecycle Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable, event-driven transaction processing applications and database solutions.
