            Responsibilities  Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot systems to support QMS operational requests 
Comply with business processes, standards, and SOPs 
Work with end users to clarify and execute setup requirements 
Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in all executions 
Perform troubleshooting for reported issues 
Assist in assigned improvement projects 
Manage audit and customer visit preparations 
 Qualifications  Diploma in engineering, physics, mathematics, or a related science field, or an equivalent related field of study 
Strong analytic and problem‑solving skills 
Proficient in programming skill such as Python, R and SQL are preferred 
Familiarity with tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Power Automate will be advantageous
