            Responsibilities Proactively promote safety priorities and standards. 
Maintain vigilance and bring up workplace safety concerns. 
Proactively supervise the performance of equipment and address any issues in a timely manner. 
Direct the shift equipment team in the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance. 
Demonstrate a solid grasp of all Fab Support duties and assist in developing the technical skills of your team. 
Focus on pumps, chiller and abatement systems. 
Perform administrative and supervisory duties for shift technicians: attendance, staffing, and reviews. 
Serve as the main point of contact between FAB personnel and the Fab Support group regarding production issues. 
Accept responsibility for all equipment, process, and personnel issues during shift. 
Ensure coverage as needed to maintain shift needs. 
Coordinate shift contribution to TPM activities.
